Paul DiDonato, our owner, started out as an apprentice in the late 1960s, opened his own shop in 1971 in Boston, MA and moved to Kentucky in 1986.
Since then, he and his craft have come to be known by thousands in the Shelby County area. He has restored, repaired and customized the upholstery - or tops - for hundreds of cars (including convertibles), trucks, motorcycles, boats, bar stools, restaurant benches, barber chairs, and even a few airplanes.
Many have enjoyed his Boston accent and Old World charm, but come back for his expertise and quality of workmanship!
